Referral Criteria
Referrals should meet the following critieria:
o A mental health problem which requires 24 hour
support
o Be 18 years old or over
o A level of motivation to engage with the recovery
based service and occupational therapy input
offered at the home
o A period of time since episodes of self harm,
aggression or violence
o Compliance with medication, either administered
or self medicating
o Ongoing support from their mental health team
and be part of a CPA system
